It is going to be far simpler to use a program like Snagit that does allow you to go that step further and give more context. This is far better than simply taking a screenshot then hoping whoever you are sending it to understands what you are trying to say or relate. Snagit is a program that allows users to take screenshots, add context and notes to those screenshots, and to then share and communicate them with the team. Snagit is a great program that makes collaborative working so much easier. When working remotely or working where you cannot necessarily just show your teammates your screen, it may be necessary to take a screenshot or to share what you are doing remotely.
Collaborative work is a great thing, it allows you to figure out what you are doing and to share thoughts and ideas so that you can work with a team and so that everyone can be heard.
